My sourdough journey began many years ago with a simple loaf that completely changed my world. The crackling crust, the airy crumb-it was love at first bite! Since then I’ve spent over a decade perfecting the art of sourdough baking, sharing this passion with hundreds of home bakers just like you. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or total beginner, my classes are designed to take the mystery out of sourdough, guiding you step-by-step to create your own very delicious, homemade bread.

I’ve had the joy of teaching parents at home and consulting for top-tier restaurants like Jones the Grocer, Atelier M, HALM, Intercontinental, and more! But my true passion is helping everyday people discover the magic of baking sourdough in their own kitchens.
